Shipping policy

Our primary shipper is UPS.

Shipping cost and handling fees vary by location. If you’d like an expedited shipping speed, please discuss it with us before placing an order. 

Be sure to double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address when you make your purchase!

BSP is not responsible for the accuracy of shipping information submitted by the customer. If there are shipping information mistakes on your part, you must pay for the return shipping and a replacement shipping label. The shipping recipient assumes full responsibility for items once they have left our workshop. BSP is not responsible for import fees or other shipping customs or tax requirements outside of the US. Please educate yourself on your country's specific import policies and prepare accordingly before placing an order.

Domestic shipments can be insured for up to $4000.

International shipments can be insured for up to $500. 

BSP is not responsible for loss of uninsured items.
