This plush was purchased secondhand, we emptied him of fluff, then sanitized him with color-safe bleach and 3x washes. So he's in sparkling new condition!
Next, we accomplished the mods with both machine- and hand-sewing. 
We installed two deluxe platinum silicone toys for his sizable shaft and bootyhole, from the artisans at Werewolf Verksted.
Finally, we stuffed him with a combo of multiple foam pieces and dense polyester fiber so he sits proudly.

The shaft:
Large, canine-style, a dark red shaft with a knot, and black balls at the base. Approximately 8 inches long and 2.5 inches at widest diameter. They no longer carry the exact model, so I cannot get a link to it.

Both toys are brand new in their original packaging of tissue paper and plastic, and I would rather not unwrap them for additional photos.

Including the toys, he weighs close to 25 lbs. 
If you are outside the US and want him shipped, I'd recommend we remove the majority of the stuffing beforehand.
